Alexandre started his career as a business lawyer. Keen to work more closely with business owners, he created a Paris-based M&A merchant bank in 2004.

In 2008, Alexandre took over a property construction company in the south of France. He acquired knowledge of the design and construction of residential, commercial, logistical and retail buildings.

During this period, he had the opportunity to work with various property developers and understand the stakes of property development: land optimisation, planning permission preparation, budgeting for construction costs and sales.

In 2015, he started investing in property development projects and sold his construction firm.

He created O2 Capital to provide unbiased finance advice to entrepreneurs and investors thanks to his unique mix of finance and construction expertise.

Alexandre holds an MSc in law and a Masters in Finance and Law from ESSEC business school.

Pascal started his career at Goldman Sachs in London in the Consumer Retail M&A department in 2004. He later joined CVC Capital Partners where he worked on several major LBO deals. He joined Canaccord Genuity in 2011 to focus on mid-cap transactions.

Pascal initially began to explore real estate investment opportunities in Portugal in 2016 with his first acquisition and development in the Porto area. He set up a platform of service providers including brokers, architects, builders, lawyers, etc…

He joined O2 Capital in 2018 and leads O2 Capital’s development work in Spain and Portugal.

Pascal is a graduate of the Université Paris Dauphine and holds an MSc from ESCP Europe.

Nicolas started his careers in 2004 in the Investment Banking Division of Goldman Sachs focusing on mergers and acquisitions in the U.K., Israel and France.

In 2011, Nic started investing in private equity and credit special situations in Europe and in the U.S.. The investments were executed in the public credit markets or during Chapter 11 processes through loan-to-own strategies, asset acquisitions under the section 363 of the U.S. bankruptcy code or through the issuance of structured equity investments.

During his career, Mr. Darsa has been responsible for sourcing, structuring and executing investment opportunities. Mr. Darsa has worked closely with management teams while serving on multiple boards of portfolio companies.

Mr. Darsa received a master degree in corporate finance from Dauphine University in France, Paris. He and his wife, Céline, have three children and live in Paris.

Charly joined O2 Capital in September, 2021 as an analyst in the investment team.

Charly started his career in the Financing & Investment Banking division of HSBC. He worked mainly on transactions in the logistic, transportation and TMT industries.

At O2, Charly focuses on the investments’ execution and manages the reporting on current financing transactions.

Charly is a graduate from Neoma business school.
